Yes. All you need to do is make sure everything has been removed from your property and hand over the keys!

We do. Regal Homes take care of the entire process for you, including the disconnection of services and approvals.

Typically it takes 11-15 months from when you move out of your home to when you can move into your new home. This is highly variable depending on the size and complexity of your new home build.

Once your building agreement is signed we will start preparing for the demolition. Once you hand over the keys to your old home, we apply to have services disconnected and the build process begins.

Absolutely. We can work with you to incorporate recycled materials into your new home design. A popular choice is to keep some original bricks from your previous home and feature them somewhere in the new home such as a fireplace hearth.

Yes, you can sell materials from your old home before it is demolished however, we will need to advise the demolisher on your intentions when we request a quote from them.  Once the quote is accepted, the demolisher then has salvage rights as this has been factored into their pricing.
