Proposal process

We understand how important it is to get this initial step just right. Our sales and estimating team have put hundreds of happy clients into their new homes, and are ready to help put you into your new home.

Our proprietary proposal system consists of design preparation and confirming the inclusions of your new home.

Plan Approval

You don’t start building without the proper authority from local council and the development authority. Often described as one of the most complex parts of building a home, we’ve built thousands of homes, liaising with all the local ACT and NSW councils. 

What makes us different: With intimate knowledge of the local regulations, our thorough proposal system ensures your plan is ready for council approval, ensuring a quicker turnaround.

Construction

It’s the stage that we are most well known for. Our supervisors have decades of experience in all areas of construction, and they utilise these skills to give you a guaranteed completion date, and to finish your new home on budget.

Many of our carpenters, plumbers, electricians and various trades have been with Regal Homes for more than 10 years, which means they work well together, ensuring a smooth build of your home.

Completion and Maintenance

Our quality control manager loves nothing more than making our customers happy. They have over 100 points to check at every stage of construction, to ensure your home will be still standing strong decades after we’ve finished the build.

As practical completion nears you are given the opportunity to inspect your home with our quality control manager to point out any outstanding items that need rectifying prior to your handover. 

Once you’ve moved in, our maintenance period begins, which gives you ample opportunity to notice any defects that may have been missed during your handover inspection.
