Beginning in 1973, with only a nail bag for company, master builder, Boris Stoka, built his first home. His passion was to build a house that the owners would be proud to call home.
Today, over five decades later, the Regal Homes team has built more than 2,000 homes for as many delighted customers. Yet that passion and excitement for bringing the design of a beautiful home from conception to reality still drive the Regal Homes team forward.
In 2020 Boris handed over the reins to his daughter Natasha. With 4 children of her own, Regal’s next step forward in our sustainability journey is to build an even more sustainable display home taking into account age-old design principles, new eco-friendly materials and a home that is adaptable for multi-generational living.

While we started with project homes, customisations are now what we do. Regal Homes specialises in individually designed homes, ‘knock down and rebuild’ services as well as a complete building service for country homes, and off-grid living.
